48 minute AMRAP

  • 12 DB hang snatches (side 1)

  • 12 DB hang snatches (side 2)

  • 12 DB floor presses (side 1)

  • 12 DB floor presses (side 2)

  • 24 alternating DB reverse lunges

  • 200m farmers carry

  • 12 DB thrusters (side 1)

  • 12 DB thrusters (side 2)

  • 200m farmers carry

    Rx weights: 35/50Ibs, DB cannot touch the ground or touch anything else but your body for the 48 minutes.

Notes

DB hang snatch, DB floor press, alternating DB reverse lunge, DB farmers carry and DB thrusters: Scale to a weight where you can hold on to for the full 48 minutes and keep good form
