Warm up

6 sets:
On a 2-minute clock:
400-meter run
Complete as many slam balls as possible in the remaining time.
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
Scaling
Modify to 300m or 200m run and use 20/30# slam ball
Accessory
3x12 Bulgarian split squats per side
Cool down
Choose any area that’s tight and hold a stretch for 1-3 minutes or complete self myofacial release (foam roll/lacrosse ball) for 1-3 minutes
